Welcome to our Triratna Tokyo website.

We upload content about Buddhism, meditation and courses in Tokyo. We also have run retreats and regualr classes. We also post regularly to our online Line group, and official Line account for classes in Tokyo.

We meet every Saturday and introduce two meditations that we teach: The Mindfulness of Breathing and The Metta Bhavana or, Loving Kindness Meditations.

We also help you with posture and getting in touch with the body, or body-scanning.
